HOW TO BUY

Thank you for choosing our jewelry. Please find hereunder the instructions on how to proceed with your purchase. 

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments via remote link sending with SumUp Terminal. Alternatively, bank transfer.
If an item is in stock, we will try to deliver within 2 weeks anywhere in the European community. For deliveries outside the European community and overseas, the expected delivery time is approximately 3 weeks.
Items listed as ‘on order’ will be delivered within 4-5 weeks depending on the quantity of units ordered, international orders may take longer. If you have a request for a special delivery date, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

DELIVERIES

Shipping costs will be indicated in the order confirmation email before payment. We use express couriers to ship, DHL/UPS being a preferred option.
International shipments can occasionally take longer than expected; goods can be held up in customs or they can be delays during the handover from one country to another. If you’re an international customer and your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days from dispatch, please contact chiara@chiaradefilippis.it Please ensure all your delivery details are correct, as we do not take responsibility for undelivered or delayed deliveries due to address errors. Please provide a contact name and telephone number for the receiver.
All our delivers are fully insured so if your jewel is damaged in transit or does not arrive please contact us immediately and we will be happy to make a claim on your behalf.

TAX

If your order is being shipped outside of Italy or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Relevant charges will be billed directly to you from the customs office of the destination country we are unable to tell you what these charges will be as they vary from country to country.

RETURNS

As all our jewellery is made in limited series or to order, we are unable to accept returns on any orders All our products are handcrafted so there will be slight unique differences between each piece. This is the nature of hand-made and as such we feel this enhances the character of each product and is not considered a defect.
If your parcel is damaged on delivery, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away. Alternatively please photograph the packaging and damaged goods and email the images over to us so that we can contact the courier and make a claim on your behalf.
